Bricolage Academy is seeking a State Testing Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
The state testing coordinator performs a variety of professional, supervisory, technical, and administrative tasks in order to direct the administration of state standardized testing.
Coordinates the administration of all statewide assessments, including preparation before and follow up after testing windows
LEAP 2025, LEAP EOC, LEAP Connect
Organizes, manages, and implements all state mandated standardized testing for Bricolage Academy students
Collaborates with the Principals, Chief Operations Officer, and Facilities Coordinator to ensure appropriate space allocations for the best possible testing environment
Coordinates with the SPED Coordinator regarding special testing provisions for with IEPs
Collaborates with Chief Financial Officer and school administration to ensure necessary equipment is ordered, operable, and available
Provides faculty with training in proper test administration, ethical and legal testing, test security, and data reporting procedures
Facilitate the administration of state mandated assessments
Maintains accurate and complete records of all trainings and assessments
Coordinates the distribution and collection of secure test materials
Leads the administration of tests in accordance with the established test calendar and completes all test documents and/or reports to the LDE by established deadlines
Requirements:
Some college required. Associates degree preferred.
