School Support Coordinator
The School Support Coordinator will support our school by implementing and maintaining our operational systems, allowing school leaders and teachers to focus on teaching and learning.
The School Support Coordinator will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and manage two front office staff.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Facilities
Ensure hallways and common spaces (staff lounges, supply rooms, copy rooms and conference rooms) reflect the school’s culture, brand, and mission.
Manage copy machine maintenance and supply orders.
Manage reservation and use of common spaces.
Assist the Facilities Coordinator where needed.
Implement and train staff on emergency procedures, enhance safety protocols, ensure compliance with regulations to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Transportation
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with transportation vendors to promote timeliness, consistency, efficiency and safety of buses and vans.
Maintain bus and van routes and rosters properly serve our student population.
Supervise arrival and departure of buses and vans.
Report concerns to transportation vendors and relevant staff and seek solutions for all concerns.
Communicate solutions to impacted families and relevant staff.
Technology
Serve as the primary point person for all technology-related issues at Bricolage.
Maintain and troubleshoot all school technology equipment (including, but not limited to laptops, TVs, projectors, wireless HDMI, printers, copiers, other classroom technologies).
Collaborate and support on assigned technology projects/systems rollouts.
Follow up and assist vendors with open helpdesk tickets.
Escalate issues when needed and required.
Use routine checklists to proactively track all Bricolage technology assets and issues.
Procurement
Maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
Order materials and supplies when supplies are low.
Distribute materials and supplies to relevant staff.
Stock relevant spaces with supplies.
Submit invoices and receipts for all supplies and materials ordered in a timely manner.
Communication
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with staff, students, families, neighbors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Use established communication channels to deliver clear and timely messages as directed - SchoolMessenger, MailChimp, PikMyKid.
Management
Manage 2 front office staff.
Athletics
Serve as the liaison between Bricolage and any leagues the school participates in.
Ensure all student athletes have physicals on file.
Ensure all coaches receive proper health and safety training.
Manage athletics personnel, fundraisers, uniform, and equipment orders.
Other
Support the coordination of field trips with grade level chairs
Support the planning and execution of school activities and events
Support the upkeep and maintenance of copiers and staff lounges

Some college
Operations, facilities, transportation and/or procurement experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Multilingual
Fluent Spanish speaker
Management experience
